The main waiting area features bright colors and an entire wall of windows looking out on the internal courtyard.  It has been set up so that it can be closed off and used for support groups and meetings.

The internal courtyard is used by staff, family members and patients.  Those who feel well enough can even undergo their treatment in the courtyard rather than the conventional rooms.

This photo shows the chemotherapy treatment area.  The room is made of glass walls to let in natural light and reduce the clinical feel.  There is a drop down shelf from above for each patient which provides them with space to hold their electronic devices, books, etc., while undergoing treatment.
