Renderings are three-dimensional images generated by 3-D modeling software for presentation purposes. Renderings help design plans come to life and help designers experiment with lighting, materials and layout.

Marie Wikoff of Wikoff Design Studio uses SketchUp Pro to create beautiful renderings which she then turns into reality.

She said this about Google SketchUp:

“Lately people have been asking what kind of software I use to create designs and see them visually.  I use Google SketchUp.  The results of this software are stunning!  SketchUp is becoming more and more popular as it allows designers to create such beautiful renderings.”
